San Antonio Residence & Art Gallery

Peter and Susie wanted to expand their home for entertaining and to display more of their beautiful art collection. A long view was created from kitchen to living to outside deck (through opening wall) to backyard. The space is ideal for hosting large groups and for hanging paintings. The couple also wanted a front porch to watch daily life pass by. This was the trickiest part of the project because the home is in the Monte Vista Historic District with strict neighborhood requirements.
