University Village

John purchased a 16,000 SF lot with the hopes of building a home for each of his grandsons. He wanted the dwelling cluster to look like a village and to save the existing 1910 Victorian. We were able to do just that by proposing to restore the victorian and creating an ensemble of modern farmhouses in the rear
